This book was given to me by a mind coach from the UK. I tried four times to read it but couldn't stand it, such a poorly researched and badly written self-help book.

My Good Reads review:
Read in preparation for heading to family Xmas :P This was an OK read and like many of these types of books, you get out of it what you put in (buy into) it. My main takeaway was the permission not to lean into a personality disorder without professional support for yourself. Sometimes it's better to allow ourselves to disconnect and walk away. I also like that the author addresses that we all have our own triggers for irrationality and how to work to understand ourselves better.
