I love this series. I was up till 2 last night to finish this book. Thought I had found a good place to stop but them my elbow was sore, so what could I do but get up and read. She has such an interesting life and the relationship between Lane and the Inspector is such a funny one. They both have a lot in their past that makes them the people they are. Mysteries sure do seem to follow Lane around.

Put in the bookbox! This is a great new series and I am enjoying the canadian content!! Taking books 3 and 4 with me to BC to really get into the spirit of things. :)

I am quite enjoying the series. I did find that the mystery seemed to take a bit of a back seat and was rushed to a conclusion in the end. Book two seemed to focus mostly on Lane and the Inspector and their back story. It is interesting to see their relationship develop.

The series ended up in my hands. I have heard rave reviews about the series so with high hopes, I have cleared my bookcrossing bookshelf and now am free to read the seven books I have.
Book 2! Enjoyed more than book 1 as getting to know the characters better!
