Anxiety = Future Hurt. (It feels like something bad is going to happen.)
Hurt = Present Pain. (It feels like sadness or depletion.)
Anger = Past Pain - Expressed. (It feels like wanting to hurt someone.)
Guilt = Past Pain - Unexpressed. (It feels like you are bad and deserve punishment.)
