Anything can be considered

This book is part of the 2020 Birthday Group! :)
I had been trying to find a good book as a blind date for you...
But too many of them admitted they only wanted you for your sexy bum!! The nerve! So I had quite a challenge weeding them out.
Here's to hoping I've made you a 'match made in heaven.' ;)

Thank you sooo much! A book that has been in my WishList since 2009!
You are a star, and my "sexy bum" is really grateful for this. :=)

I started reading some short stories last night, to "rest" from a quite dense novel. I love it so far, and might even keep it! :)
Wow! What a great selection of short stories!
When I started reading it, I planned to send it for some Halloween RABCK... but story after story, I decided I was keeping it for good.
Of course, I enjoyed some stories better than the others: the chillingly frightening "This is Death", by Donald Westlake, "The Haunted Portrait", by Laurence Treat, "Kiss the Vampire Goodbye", by Alan Ryan (in the traditional private-eye style), "House by the Road", a traditional ghost story by Alan Klavan... and of course, the tongue-in-cheek "Sitter", by Theodore Hoffman... having worked as a babysitter, I particularly enjoyed this one.
Thanks for bringing some joy to a difficult year, HI77; I will be keeping this collection of short stories for the time being, and I will certainly look for more books by these authors.
