Picked this from the book pile at the BCinDC meet-up today. I have had Adelle Davis's "Eat Right to Keep Fit" since forever. It's my go to nutrition guide. It never occurred to me she'd written a cookbook too. Thanks "6".
I've been making the " Better Butter" recipe for years.
"Better Butter"
Put 1 stick unslated butter to 1/2 cup vegetable oil of choice in an immersion/hand blender and blend until smooth. Pour into covered butter cup. Refrigerate. Alsways have nice soft whipped butter for toast, baked potatoes etc.
