Past Malice : An Emma Fielding Mystery

Woohoo! A new Emma Fielding mystery!
I just love how the author mixes archeology and mystery in such an entertaining read. Emma Fielding is one of my favorite sleuth characters (with Joanne Fluke's Hannah Swensen right behind) -- she's not a morning person, she's feisty, she's intelligent and self-deprecating... Actually, Hannah Swensen is like that too, so maybe it's a tossup.
Anyway, this books brings Emma closer to home, and further develops the characters. The mystery was good, although I thought the ending was a bit too abrupt. It's a nitpick though, the story was great.
Looking forward to more from Dana Cameron.
