Picked up at the SFU United Way Book sale, $2. Good condition. Original sticker from SFU Bookstore $3.99.
I know it is a fictional story, but the author went to the trouble of learning about elephants. Why not footnote everything that can be referenced? What a loss in work by not doing this. Is the argument against using footnotes, a case of reading flow interruption?
