Loved it. It's been a while since I last read the series which I greatly enjoyed. At the beginning, I thought the book was not as good as the other ones and was a bit slow when the cold case bit was laid out. But very quickly the plot thickened and once the present crime was underway, I just could not put the book down. A very satisfying thriller.

received in First Sentences virtual book box. Looks like the book returns to Canada. I'll be taking it on vacation with me, if I finish it there, maybe I'll find a good place to release it. A well-traveled book!

Enjoyed the book. Might have been good to read the first of the series first, as the side events of the detectives seemed trivial or distracting sometimes. Makes more sense once you get to know the characters. I look forward to finding some more of the series.

I have left a few books in the hut. They've all disappeared. I hope they are finding their way to good homes. : )
