This second book is much better than the first one. It starts a few months after the wedding with lots of really boring and anoying lovetalk. But then Darcy is being robbed while traveling alone and he loses his memory. Elizabeth is left alone and has to take responsibility for Pemberly. Darcy nearly marries another woman, but he finds out who he really is just in time.
Being back in pemberley with his lost memory he does not understand why he married a woman like Lizzy...
That is so sad and exciting that I could not put the book down.
The book ends the same way it starts, with too much boring lovetalk.
I would love to read more dramatic SpnOffs. And I would love a version with Caroline Bingley as a main character :-)

Yes, definately better than the first book. So dramatic and so sad. I did not remember Darcys time in London with Miss...
Too many happy couples in the end. One happy couple per book is enough for me. She could have left Georgianas or Kittys story for an other novel.
It is nice to read that Darcy liked progressive indipendent woman. But it is hard to beleave that Lizzy learned that much about running an estate in 2 months.
