I have enjoyed this author's other books so was excited to see one I'd not read in a charity shop.
This is a fantastic collection of stories. I love the way the author writes about identity and home. You really get an insight into each characters true feelings and thoughts.
And off it goes to the winner of the Authors from Unusual Country sweeps. I hope the winner enjoys this books as much as I did.

I´ve just read the first story, "Summer Maze" and like it a lot.

A great read, enjoyed most of the stories (perhaps a couple weren't as interesting as others, but well-written nevertheless). Will definitely look for more books by this author.
** Comment for a reading challenge: other countries are mentioned in this, but the author is Sudanese so I chose that. Never been to Sudan and quite likely am not going in the near future...
