Thank you for the wishlist book!
A boy capable of bad things comes back to haunt his old teacher, Latin master Roy Straitley at St. Oswald's Grammar school.
I only realized after reading the book and then the inside of the back cover, that this book is already third one situated in Malbry and features some of the same characters than Gentlemen & Players and Blueeyedboy, which I have both read. I remember liking Gentlemen & Players, and not liking Blueeyedboy, but clearly I don't remember anything else about them. :D
Anyway, this book was partly good and interesting and compelling, and partly almost boring, with some very unpleasant stuff. Well plotted in general, though, because the reader is misdirected and the plot keeps twisting to the very end. Not by far my favourite book by Joanne Harris, but worth reading.
With this book I participate in lii5a's school themed reading challence: one of the main characters is a teacher and the book is mainly situated in school.
Tämän kirjan lukemisella osallistun sen rekisteröijän lii5an kouluhaasteeseen, kohta 19: kirja jonka (joku) päähenkilö(istä) on opettaja ja jonka tapahtumat sijoittuvat ainakin osaksi kouluun. Kirjan pääasiallinen kertoja Roy Straitley on opettaja ja suuri osa kirjasta sijoittuu St. Oswaldin kouluun.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
In Cafe Metsonkulma's small shelf on the wall of the second room.
Bongasin tämän Metsonkulman jälkimmäisen huoneen hyllyltä. Täällä on edelleen. En nyt ota mukaani, mutta ajattelin ilmoitella, että kirja ei ole hukassa.
