I got this softcover at a local Savers thrift shop. It has charming and amusing illustrations by the author's sister, and covers a variety of gut-related topics, from the best techniques for relieving oneself to the care and feeding of intestinal bacteria, with a lot of other info along the way.
[Other books on this topic include Mary Roach's marvelous Gulp and Raina Telegemier's autobiographical Guts.]
