I got this paperback at Barnes and Noble. It's the first of a honey-themed cozy-mystery series set in Oregon. As is typical, there are puns - protagonist Wren has a honey boutique called "Let It Bee" - and a trusty pet (Havana Brown cat Everett) and a sexy police officer... Oh, and some recipes (strewn throughout the text rather than gathered at the end), including honey-based treats and a cosmetic face-mask). Will it rise above the stereotypes? We shall see!

Later: Some amusing bits ("Glitter is the herpes of the craft world... once it's on you it will never truly go away") and a fun set of characters (and setting; the location's a character in itself), if not a particularly involving mystery. Might check out later books in the series to see where it goes.

[Side note: this was a "Barnes and Noble Special Edition", despite looking like a perfectly ordinary paperback {wry grin} - but it seems to have come out a good year before the publication date listed on Amazon, which is in 2021!]
