Found this beaut at Scrap, a thrift and second-hand store in Portland. An old print from 1975 with yellow pages and illustrations by Arvis Stewart. Whoever had it before ripped off the entire front and back cover all together (must have been a nice one heh), but otherwise it is still intact. :0
