Summary
A new child becomes the center of attention in a little girl's house. As she watches her baby brother grow, she compares him to a moonwalker. His movements and efforts remind her, and the reader of what it must be like to be an astronaut. Even though her little brother is not in school, they both learn a lot from the experience.
Critique
I really like this perspective on the new baby theme. Not many jealous or resentful feelings are illustrated here. This is a great account of a sister's curiosity and interest in the new baby brother. I remember watching my younger brother's learn to walk. The astronaut is a great analogy. I think the author understands childrens' feelings, thoughts and emotions.
