I got this softcover at a local Goodwill thrift shop for another release copy. It's a collection of quotes, poems, and excerpts from stories and essays, all on various aspects of death - and the result isn't as morbid as one might imagine, though some of the entries do get pretty dark. Tidbits on personal reactions to the deaths of loved ones, fears about one's own demise, the ways in which society deals with different types of death, mourning and burial rites, and much more...
