I received this book from lonestranger at our fall BookCrossing meeting at Second Cup. It appears that she had not registered it before giving it to me, so I'm doing that now. I'll let her know the BCID number so she can make a journal entry if she wants to and can follow the book's journey.
I read this book in one day. I was supposed to be doing other work related things. At least I had planned to but then trapped myself with the old "Just one more chapter" promise and couldn't put the book down.
The web of twists and turns proved a tad unbelievable to me at times, but otherwise I loved this legal thriller.

I released this excellent book at the entrance to the Woodsworth Building which is the temporary entrance to the Law Courts. I figured somebody who had to go to court might be interested in a novel written by a judge.
The book was released as part of the 2020 Canada Days Release challenge in celebration of Canadian books and authors.
