I can't really remember where I got this book. It looks new, so I'm guessing it was remaindered in a bookstore and I bought it believing myself to be more interested in Edward Estlin Cummings than I turned out to be. If you're a Cummings fan you might find it interesting. There are some photos in it as well some of which are quite good.

Hi, I haven't read this book yet. I caught it but it's been elusive, disappearing into the hands and homes of friends. I'm looking forward to reading through it, though. The young waiter at the Deluxe Diner, who did an interesting dance to the jazz playing there and who winked at me twice (thank you, lord), seemed to like the look of it -- giving the impression the whole beat kerouacian jazz scene thang is still alive. Anyway, I just wanted to let hizzoner know where his released book was. I'll write back with a review when I get a chance to read it.

Thanks for the update, wallymaltz (interesting name). I thought it was great that my first Bookcrossing "release" resulted in this volume taking rather a large geographical hop. Looking forward to hearing about its next "bid for freedom."
