The thriller is very well told and explained, how everything pans out. It is quite craftly written, for what it is. The basic concept is well thoughtout, all the huge ramifications it may have. Also, there are several twists and turns along the plot, not only at the ending. In fact, the one final exposition is not where the big surprise is.
The negative is that, of the two love stories, none of them sounded plausible at all. I didn't connect with any of them. I'm not too sure about the ending either. It's a bit of a letdown, I have to say. After so many twists and turns scattered throughout the plot, it's a bit wishy-washy.
