Brought home from today's BC in DC gathering. I've already read book 3 in this series, so I'm hoping this gives better context as the first book LOL.

Update: unfortunately the exposition of the plot wasn't as interesting as Mac being in the middle of everything, as with the other book in the series I read, so I decided to pass this one on unfinished.
