BookCrossing: making the whole world a library!

This came back in my manga and graphic novel book box. I have been watching the journal entries on the coloring book box journal and wondering what will end up back with me. There was quite a lot of variety in the box at the end and I am happy to see many books that I have not read before.

This is a collection I have been wanting to read so was excited to see it in the box.

I loved this collection. As someone who relied heavily on Planned Parenthood in my mid twenties and early thirties when I was uninsured I know how important the medical work they do is for both women and men. It was because of them I found myself with help and support with heavy periods, an underactive thyroid diagnosis, and a biopsy after an abnormal pap smear. I was happy to hear about this book when it was published in 2017, and super excited that this came back in my bookbox. I wish I hadn't let it sit so long before reading. This was both informative (the bits with historical information about planned parenthood) and moving, and important. I'm looking forward to leaving this in a local LFL to hopefully find someone who it will also comfort and inspire.
