Found on 8/25/19 in the frozen food section of Foodland, Market City, Honolulu, Hawaii. Will try to read it before I leave for NYC and the Dominican Republic in November.

Liked the book but not the ending. Left it at my Dermatologist's office at Queens Medical Center in Honolulu in a stack of magazines. My travel plans to NYC and the DM were unfortunately cancelled.
