I got this ex-library hardcover (a Spanish-language edition of That Book Woman) from Better World Books. It's about a boy in the Appalachian hill country who isn't into reading - until he sees how the dedicated "Book Woman" (from the historical "pack horse librarian" program) brings books for his sister even when she has to travel through rain and snow!
