I found this to be a largely very depressing and scary read. Like author, I am a life long vegetarian and found it quite traumatising to read that my whole diet/lifestyle could be what’s making me ill. She never expressly said if she only ate meat for diagnostic purposes or stuck with it anyway after. Thank goodness for the slim glimmer of hope at the end. Gonna check out some of the places listed for help and guidance.
