A book that I recently acquired for the purposes of giving it away.
Like all books for younger readers that I register, this is done in memory of Becky, the daughter of a dear friend and fellow bookcrosser, ResQgeek, who was tragically killed in August 2010.
Becky's love lives in you! Live her love by sharing Becky's hugs! Visit the Becky's Hugs page at Facebook. http://www.BeckysHugs.com

This book is going to meet-up with me and hopefully going home with someone else.

Brought this home from the BCinDC meetup. My granddaughter loves the movie Frozen so hopefully she will like this book.
There are too many books in my house, so it's time to share with others.
Hello! So glad you found this book. If you are new to BookCrossing, welcome! I hope you'll leave a journal entry. You can remain anonymous or join BookCrossing (it's free!).

Caught this softcover (c. 2013) at the BCinDC meetup in the large tent behind Birdie's Cafe in Westminster, Maryland, USA. Thank you, mom-oyster.
I'm thinking of wild releasing this book in somewhat colder weather because of its title. :D

I am trying to collect books for the Becky's Hugs Release Challenge which is difficult since I have sworn not to buy books but to get rid of the ones I have. Luckily there were a few good candidates in the bags of books Squeaky gave me to rehome. It was kind of fun to see a book that has the Becky's Hugs label in it but that has been a few places since my last attempt to find it a good home.
This book is being released in Oldtown Alexandria as part of the Becky's Hugs Release Walk. Becky (aka N-R-Jyzer) was the daughter of a local BookCrosser who was born on Valentine's Day and was sadly struck by a car while riding her bicycle and killed. Every year around Valentine's Day the members of BCinDC hold a meeting and then walk through Oldtown to a tree planted in her memory in Founder's Park, sharing books along the way to honor her.
