Greetings! I purchased this book back in May for just 50 cents at the Malden Library book sale but I didn’t end up actually reading it, as I got the book on CD from my library instead. I can’t say the story really did much for me. I never really got into it overall, maybe because it’s audio while I’m driving or because the narrator had an accent? Hopefully you enjoy it more, as many others have. Well thanks for checking in the book’s location. It’s always nice to know where the book has ended up! I was in NYC to see the Lion King & I wanted to leave behind a Bookcrossing book so I left it at The Leo House LFL, which is composed of two old phonebooths. You have to go inside the guesthouse but we just walked right in, went down the stairs to the left, and they were located in the room straight ahead on the right hand side when you walk in the room.

I caught this book at The Leo House Hotel's Little Free Library. I wasn't a guest, just popping in to drop off a different book and saw the BookCrossing stickers on the spine and said to myself, "Someone's going to be excited that I caught this book!"

I had originally planned just to log the encounter and leave it where I found it as one does, but then I saw that the cover informed me that this book was a movie. I happen to run a book club specifically for and devoted to movie books, so I decided to keep the book and read it as a Movie Book Club selection.

After I'm done with reading the book, since it was picked up on vacation, it will be dropped off on vacation as well. A vacation to where? We shall see!

Meh. It was a good plot that reads like a high school student trying to pad their essay to make word count. It was pleasant enough but could have used some content editing. Aside from that, feel free to read my reading notes as I went through the book.
