I read this book back in 2012 but never journaled it so hopefully I remember the details correctly! In the second book of the Hunger Games, Katniss and Peeta have kept up the charade of being together for the sake of appearances. The capital has decided that for the seventy fifth anniversary of the Hunger Games, they will be doing essentially Hunger Games; All Stars. Each district will send previous winners, which contradicts the belief that anyone who wins will be allowed to live in peace afterward. Kat and Peeta have barely had time to get home before they are sent off to another Hunger Games.
