I got this slightly-battered paperback at a local thrift shop. I have a sentimental fondness for the "cheesy horror novel with embossed paperback cover" sub-genre; will see if the story lives up to the cover-art!
Later: The story opens with a very grisly murder, and moves into hints of witchcraft and more, all set against a Pennsylvania Dutch community. But I didn't find the story very compelling, so I'll give it a "did not live up to the cover-art" rating {wry grin}. Perhaps someone else will enjoy it!
