I got this softcover from a local thrift shop, for another release copy.
It's a rather cute comedy about gender-based expectations, with protagonist Pil-Hyun obsessed with becoming more "manly" - all the while being very proud of his own beauty. When he seeks manliness lessons from a grumpy mangaka who turns out to be female, it's just another note in this wacky story... I admit I was amused at the way the school's female population happily shipped Pil-Hyun with the school stud, Gyung-Ju, while Pil-Hyun himself is increasingly jealous of what he perceives - incorrectly - to be a relationship between the girl *he* likes and Gyung-Ju.
Not a lot of depth here, but I found all the manly-vs-sissy bits - especially within our hero's own family - rather entertaining. The plot's reminiscent of Otomen, but that one addresses things more realistically (not that that's hard to do given how slapstick-prone this story is).
This book got some laughs from me, and that's worth an extra rating point!

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
I left this book, bagged against the elements, hanging from the handrail of the new pedestrian bridge - it's behind the scenic old railroad trestle shown in the photo. Hope someone enjoys it!
