"Stora Enso is happy to introduce new Finnish writers in this anthology that is a celebration of the first decade of the Martti Joenpolvi Short Story Competition. Despite the truly Finnish origin, the stories are universal - everywhere people face disappointment, sorrow and yearning. But, there's always also a trace of a smile or a promise of a better future."

Authors: Outi Alm, Armas Alvari, Essi Henriksson, Martti Joenpolvi, Kitti Nurmi, Pirkko Pullinen, Tiina Raevaara, Jussi Siirilä, Miina Supinen, Jenni Tiuraniemi, Sinikka Vuola and Sari Vuoristo

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

This book will be released at the Balmoral Estate grounds or castle coffee shop during our visit there on July 5th, 2019. I'm travelling with a friend who is wildly excited about the visit so we'll see where this little book ends up. If I release it outdoors, it'll be in a bookcrossing-style plastic bag to protect it from weather conditions. Happy reading!
