I found this hefty softcover in this Little Free Library in Nashua NH while dropping off some books of my own. It's from a series that inspired a TV series adaptation. Looks like there are some intriguing concepts here, especially in the epilogue, but as I haven't followed the series to this point I'll probably pass this along unread. [There's a TV Tropes page on the series, with some entertaining tidbits.]
