I didn’t learn much that was new as I am a big fan of walking and am aware of the benefits. I wonder if I would have got more out of the book if I had read it more slowly

Fabulous book - very meditative and needing to be read at a walking pace. Love the way he begins and ends his story with his grandparents story. Not to be missed. Going to my fellow allotment holder, Jeff hoever I will be asking for it back!
