An alright urban fantasy book. Enjoyable enough to read, however, not one to distinguish. When it comes to supernatural creatures I'm not particularly into werevolwes, and this was too much about them. Mercy Thompson's own supernaturaliness was interesting, though, and of course there were vampires and fae, too. I may check out the following two books in the series, we'll see.

Btw, whoever did the cover picture clearly didn't get the "how to draw breasts" guide.

I found the book today from Metso bookswap shelf and took it.

I was actually reading another bookcrossing book, to make the pile of ”Bookcrossing books Ive had for too long” go away. But then I picked this one and it was more entertaining so I ended up finishing this book already.

An enjoyable read, even though in the end I was a little bit overwhelmed in a couple of places. Might be also because I was reading the book very tired or because English is not my first language, but might be also because of some decisions made with the plot. Well anyway I found myself enjoying the werewolf/coyote kind of animal and beast way of being. Would be happy to hear more about Mercys shapeshifting in the sequels if I get them in my hands ever.

I left the book to the bookswap shelf in the main library in Kokkola. Had a nice time in Kokkola and forgot about the books in my backpack, so I just left them all to the library just before heading home again.
