Hi mieke. Finally I have read all the books I accepted when I first became a bookcrossing member and accepted and traded to many books :-)
So your book will be next but i have to read The bean trees first because someone told me they are connected.
Just wanted to let you know .
Will make another journal entry when i start to read The Poisonwood bible.

Journal Entry 4 by CrazyDutchwoman from Heemstede, Noord-Holland Netherlands on Sunday, October 24, 2004
Well I am finally reading the book. I have read about 3 chapters so far.
Lately I prefer reading true crime again so that's why it took me so long.
I,ll update this journal while reading.
Update october 27 2004
Still reading. Right now I am at page 269 of 616 pages.
I can't say it is going to be one of the best books I have read this year, but the story is to interesting to put down. I really want to know what will happen to the girls and the mother. I dislike the selfish father very much.
So far I am enjoying the book.
Update October 28 2004
Finished!
I have read this book very fast. I really liked the middle part of the book, could not stop reading last night.
This morning I read the last part and had to shed a tear.
I thought the book to be very interesting and sometimes heartbreaking.
The negative thing was that it got sometimes boring, but never for long.
thanks for sharing

What a good score for a single crossing, ten books found a new home yesterday (we swapped 5 each). This book is for me by far the most wanted of the five I have received. I am very interested in the themes of this one and I would love to get into it immediately. However, there are a few ring books that I will have to finish first. Fortunately the Holidays are coming and I have some days off, so I can catch up with my reading.
After a long period of inactivity as far as Bookcrossing is concerned I am trying to get some of the books on my shelf on the move again. I see that this one has been with me for a long time.
I have read it quite some time ago, so I am afraid I can not write much about it now. But I do remember that I loved it and this is a book that deserves to be read and to travel some more.
Going to see who has it on their wish list and would be interested in receiving it.
Thanks for sharing.

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
Offered this one to Gnoe who had it on her wish list.
I'm glad that this book will be on the move again, it was part of a very nice swap years ago when I was first discovering the joy Bookcrossing. And now it is part of rediscovering that joy again :-)

Thank you very much for this RABCK eMeReS! I have heard a lot of good things about TPwB, so I'm looking forward to finally being able to read it.
Started reading The Poisonwood Bible about 10 days ago and I'm loving it ever since I read the 1st page!
So... thanks again for the rabck eMeReS! And the ever generous stephen-1702 for sending it into the world in the first place.
Will update after I've finished reading the book (which is part of the What's In A Name Challenge -- category PLANT).
