Found this on the book swap shelf at the Grand Dunes Starbucks.
Not necessarily an easy or quick read but a worthwhile and fascinating read for sure. There was a plethora of information about libraries and books mixed with the story of the Los Angeles Library fire of 1986. Overall, worth the time and extra attention to finish this one, thoroughly enjoyed it.

This book has arrived in New Mexico. Thank you.
I wanted to read this because it was a Reese Witherspoon's book club selection. The book was very informative since I didn't know anything about the Los Angeles Central Library fire, which was the biggest library fire in America. It felt drawn out because the author included a very detailed history of the library system in the US. The actual story of the fire and the young man accused of the arson is spread out throughout the history of the library. I do recommend that library lovers read this book to learn how our library systems have evolved.
Sending out as a thank you and RAK. Feel free to read or pass on.
Received from Queen72. Thank you so much!
