This is one of the few Agatha Christie mysteries that doesn't feature any of her famous detectives. Instead, an ordinary citizen tries to set right a wrongful conviction for which he had been responsible. It was a decent mystery with some surprises, but it felt very dated.

An interesting read with much to keep the reader guessing. A definite change from the usual Agatha Christie but still enjoyable.
