This was a quick read and I feel badly giving it a low rating because I could tell that it was heartfelt. Unfortunately, I found it very simplistic. I suppose I like my self-help to be a bit more practical and actionable. The introduction and the first chapter offered some great concepts, I thought. After that, it unfortunately went downhill for me.
