The Badness of King George
2 journalers for this copy...
When Judith's son goes off to university, her house feels very empty with only her and George, her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. To occupy her time and her house, she decides to take up fostering abused or neglected dogs who are still waiting to find permanent homes. But considering that Judith hasn't managed to train her own thoroughly spoilt and pampered dog in the ten years that she's had him, how will she cope with house-training a boisterous puppy, or persuading a stray who is used to running wild not to chew up everything in the house?
Picked up from my Bookcrossing meet at The Spring Arts and Heritage Centre today.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
I released this at a BookCrossing meeting in Havant. It was a very small meeting (only four of us turned up), but for me, as a very new BookCrosser, it was an unthreatening way to meet and chat to other members. PDB11 and I got on so well with Spacehamster that we gave her a lift to her job (in Southampton, where PDB11 and I have been staying while visiting my parents) afterwards. We also managed to give Spacehamster this book - but I think this still counts as a wild release, as we just put it down on the table and anyone COULD have picked it up.
