I got this softcover from the ongoing book sale at the Pelham NH public library. (They have a great selection, and they don't have fixed prices - it's a "pay what you think it's worth" operation!) It's another entry in the author's "Bibliophile" cozy-mystery series. While I'm fond of some cozies, especially book-themed ones with cats {wry grin}, I'm not warming to this one...

It does have a set of recipes at the end, from the "naughty appetizers" mentioned in the book; some of them do sound rather fun, such as "Hot Buttered Rump Bites," a kind of bite-sized French-dip sandwich.

I left this book in the Little Free Library outside the Adult Learning Center on this lovely day; hope someone enjoys it!
