Dark Matter

Jason Dessen is kidnapped by his own doppelganger and wakes up in an alternate universe, where he is apparently a celebrated genius.
Although it's interesting the way the universes converge from a character point of view, the sci-fi travel between them is utter nonsense with some very, very convenient assumptions in order to make the story even possible.
I dislike the choppy part-sentence writing style that seems to be in fashion currently, on display here in disjointed glory. "Eye contact." Yeah, not a sentence, sorry.
I think I heard that this is coming to screen sometime soon.
