Found this book in an Easter basket that was a special book drop for me. Was very moved to receive such a wonderful gift. I have never met Wordfried. And have no idea who she is but will be ever grateful to her for her thoughtfulness in arranging this and doing it for me. The basket came at a good time when I was recuperating from Chemo and unable to do much other then read. Which I love to do. It's nice to know we have such wonderful people in this world. Found this book in the entry foyer at the Shenandoah County Library,next to the donors memorial plaque.

Due to the subject matter I find it ironic that I "caught" this book! My mother had just given me some books by Rumer Godden. I had just finished two that were about the lives of nuns! "In This House of Brede" was one of them.And then I found this book,"Changing Habits"! More nuns! If this is a "calling" it's a little late. I am married with children! I enjoyed the book,and I am now passing it on to my mother in Pennsylvania. I hope that she will release it again!
