A fascinating look at how public shaming of individuals on social media can change, and sometimes destroy, their lives, and whether we should be holding private individuals to the same high standards as we hold public figures and organisations.
Some of it's a bit scary if you think about how easy it could be to be caught in a similar scandal - can any of us really claim we've never said something badly-worded that ended up being taken the wrong way, misjudged our audience for a joke, or voiced an ill-informed opinion that we later came to regret?
