I didn't know that Lebovitz is a writer in his own right already when he decides to write about his experience living in Paris. He is a Chez Panisse alum, for god's sake.
Quite interesting with his sharp observation and humor without trying too hard to be funny. There are many memoirs about life in Paris or France in general, his offer a little something different from a chef's perspective.
This book will now joining many others in the restarting of the food bookbox.

The book finds the bookbox too boring...
I found out that this book is actually on the wishlist of a BCer who will be going to the BC con in Mainz. I suppose it's befitting that this book prefers a European detour for a little süßes Leben.
Release for the Notre Dame Paris Challenge.
