I enjoyed this book. It went by really fast, especially considering it was 400 pages. I liked the way it went from the present to the past relaying mother and daughter's stories.

This arrived in the mail today. Thanks so much guinaveve for sending it! I hope to start it once I finish my current book.
I read this last week and really liked it. It went much faster than I thought it would. It's a great mother-daughter story with a lot of really interesting Chinese culture and history in it.
