Three Bags Full
5 journalers for this copy...
Sheep...books...flock...butcher... what I gathered from the back cover
Released in the Mystery/Thriller bookbox. Please enjoy!
Not finding much that appeals in this book box, I’ve decided to go ahead and pull this book which I read 10 years ago. I need more variety for my next “wild things” book box , and this will make a fun and different addition😉And as it’s quick and easy read, I may very well read it again before I pass it along.
This was my journal from the first copy I read:
This has got to be far and away the most unusual mystery I've ever read. It's told totally from the POV of the flock of sheep belong to the victim. And not only is it their pov, but they are the detectives, invbestigating and solving the case. Needless to say, many of their takes on human behavior are absolutely hysterical!
Charming and delightful!!!

Aaannd… I’m finally getting ready to send out the wild things book box, and seeing as I have a preponderance of cats, dogs, and horses, I’m very happy to have these sheep to add for something very very different 🙃
This will be taking off in a day or two in the Wild Things book box to find it’s next reader. The box is ready to go, I just have to get to the post office when there’s not a lot of people there ;-)

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
Received, and put back into the Wild Things bookbox. Looks like fun read. Enjoy!
When I saw this book I thought for a moment it was the same copy I released in the Wild Things bookbox back in 2014, but it's a new copy.
Just want to chime in to say that I really like this book a lot. My original review:
A delightful, witty story about a flock of sheep who decided to find out who killed their shepherd. Will all the stories - the many romances, half a detective story, a few other books - the shepherd read to them before his death help them solve the case?
At one point of time, even God is a suspect: He claims to be a shepherd but obviously he's not as he calls George (the dead shepherd) a lost lamb? What shepherd can't tell lamb from a two-leg? Then there's this dead man hanging in God's house with nail wounds on his body, and the bodies buried in God's garden.
I have to admit at times it's a bit hard to follow what's going on, as the story is told from the sheep's perspective. However, overall it's a fun read. And who won't love those adorable sheep? (who, at the end of the book, is eagerly looking forward to reading Silence of the Lamb)

Annnnnd…It was a really fun story!
Funny and touching. I enjoyed this murder mystery told from the POV of a flock of sheep.
