[Note: I may have mis-written the BCID in this one; if the number on the label doesn't work, flip the second and third digits of the prefix and see if that's correct! If the label number works, I mis-wrote it on my cheat-sheet, so all is well...]
I got this softcover manga at Barnes and Noble, intrigued by the oddball premise - a dragon goes house-hunting, with a realtor and everything...
Turns out to be a rather cute series in a "characters inside a videogame" style, with a hapless young dragon named Letty who has really terrible stats. He can't fly, he's clumsy, and somehow he's always getting into trouble - cue his family throwing him out! His quest to find a home of his own leads him into a variety of D&D-type encounters - usually with groups that either want to kill him outright or would very much like to harvest bits of him for profit.
He's rescued from this by a very beautiful elven sorcerer (whose card says he's also a "demon lord"!), who has his own reasons for befriending the lonely dragon - and who has a business as a real estate agent as well! He takes Letty around to a couple of places - including a fully-equipped dungeon with so many traps that our poor hero can't go from one room to another without disaster, and another house that's not trapped but is very, very haunted. (The haunted house is owned by perhaps the most handsome liche I've seen; somehow his partially-skeletonized face retains enough shape - and long, flowing hair - to be quite attractive. He's a nice guy, too, despite his grisly back-story.)
None of this works for Letty, so his new friend Dearia offers to build him a home to his own specifications. Great, right? Well, there's a catch: to pay for it, he's supposed to gather the goods of the increasing number of adventuring groups that show up to hunt him. What's a peace-loving and rather wimpy dragon to do?
Amusing idea, lots of 4th-wall-breaking and game-references, and likable characters; whether it holds up in subsequent volumes I don't know yet.
