Found this quick and easier to read than other myths and legends that I've read previously.

I recognised: "The Well o' the Worlds End"

I liked these tales best: "The Laird of Morphie and The Water Kelpie"
"The Brownie o' Fern-Den"
"Katherine Crackernuts"
"The Lonely Giant"

I've received it safely, along with a very pretty postcard of a butterfly. Thanks

An interesting and diverse set of stories - some old, traditional tales and other more modern ones. Of course, as in any collection, there were some I enjoyed more than others but overall, it was good fun.

I'm counting this in the 2022 666 Around the World Reading Challenge for Europe / United Kingdom.

Thank you for this collection of myths. I have read this one before and enjoyed it. My comment then was how interesting I found that legends and myths across different cultures bear more similarities than differences.

I have too much to read and will probably release this again without re-reading it.
