She really does get herself into tricky situations, doesn’t she? Once again she manages to keep your attention gripped to the end. Where the book does score excellently is the superb characters that litter the pages, whether it’s the deluded fiancée of Bibianna, the scary Raymond, his stoic sidekick Luis or Bibianna herself these bunch of strong characters will have you glued to the pages.

Safely received with thanks :) I'm currently deeply immersed in fake history, flying around with the Targaryens in Fire and Blood vol. I. This will be my next book after the dragons are done fighting.

Felt like the best book so far, very promising. I liked the character psychology, the flaws, the charm, the petty crime.

Once again it was tough to put this book down. The story gripped me to the end - very intense. I often thought throughout that it was a good thing Kinsey has her training as a police officer to draw on in tricky situations.
