"Larry Virgil skipped out on his latest court date after he was arrested for hijacking an eighteen-wheeler full of premium bourbon. Fortunately for bounty hunter Stephanie Plum, Larry is just stupid enough to attempt almost the exact same crime again. Only this time he flees the scene, leaving behind a freezer truck loaded with Bogart ice cream and a dead body—frozen solid and covered in chocolate and chopped pecans."
Perhaps not the best of the Stephanie Plum series but still a good laugh as expected.

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
Enjoy !

Thank you calisson for a wonderful NSS package, containing two wishlist books including this one. The other is brand new and unregistered. Thanks too for: a tin of caramels, chocolates and some other nice sweet stuff. Also a Goethe eraser, homemade (?) butterfly bookmark and the Snorkmaiden tote bag as well as the gift bag and card featuring Snorkmaiden, my favourite Moomin. A wonderful collection of thoughtful presents.

Thank you.

Stephanie gets caught up in the usual murder and mayhem, this time with added ice-cream. A quick, amusing read, but perhaps getting a little predictable.

Posted to millycat as part of the Reading It, Want It game.
Enjoy.
