I got this from my mum back when I was an undergrad I think. I like the photos which show prep as well as the finished product, making it all easier to follow. I've made a few of the recipes over the years (the Spanish Tortilla, Colcannon, and Rosti come to mind) but it's rare I refer to it these days so am passing the book on.
